Targeted to Ethiopia's single largest ethnic group, roughly 40 percent of the population of the nation who live in central and southern Ethiopia. Afaan Oromoo is also spoken by Oromoo living in northern Kenya and by Oromoo exiles in Sudan, Djibouti, the Middle East and around the world.
